I was walking through airport after the NFR in Las Vegas. This guy asked me where I got my hat and I responded “it’s my favorite hat but couldn’t find it at the booth at Cowboy Christmas”. He said, “I’m the owner and will send one out to you”. Didn’t think anything of it and sure enough the hat showed up today. Talk about customer service, wow!! Thank you and can’t wait to tell everyone.
